## Policy
Booking Policy
PC Photography retains copyright of all images. Clients receive personal usage rights.

| Booking & Deposit | All bookings initiated via DM/Email. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your session. Must be sent within 24-48 hours of invoice. | :icon-credit-card: |
| Lateness | 25-minute grace period. After 25 mins, $50 late fee. More than 30 mins late may result in cancellation + $100 fee. | :icon-clock: |
| Payment | Final payments via e-transfer or PayPal due on the day of the shoot, before the session begins. | :icon-dollar-sign: |
| Turnaround | Edited photos typically delivered within a week. You'll receive a download link. | :icon-download: |
| Cancellation | Reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the deposit. | :icon-calendar-x: |
| Location | Small home studio available (fee). Outdoor or client-selected venues also possible. Clients responsible for permits. | :icon-map-pin: |
